How to make pesto garlic bread:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the bread evenly from the top, leaving half an inch at the bottom so the bread stays intact.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic with ¼th Cup basil pesto. Stuff basil pesto in between the slices. Also, if you prefer more flavored bread, spread a generous amount over the top.
Spread grated cheese over the top.
Bake them for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
Remove it from the oven. It does taste great when served hot. So, I would suggest this serve hot or warm.

Ingredients
- 4 bread roll
- ¼ Cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoon garlic minced
- ½ Cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven for 350°F.

Combine basil pesto and garlic.
Stuff pesto mixture on to the bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake them for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts down.
